We are proud to announce the completion of the Hashupi Water Purification Project. This initiative focuses on providing clean, reliable water access to both our valued guests and the surrounding village community.
We tapped into the Hashupi springs for the hotel’s supply, but our new purification plant extends this benefit to the community, capable of serving 400 families.
The facility operates on a natural, gravity-fed filtration system. Our ongoing commitment is to manage the maintenance, guaranteeing the consistent, high-quality water supply to 400 households as a long-term contribution.
We are deeply committed to preserving nature and strive to minimize unnecessary waste. To achieve this, we are actively transitioning to eco-friendly amenities and working to reduce the use of items like plastic bottles.
We kindly request your cooperation with the following policies, which help us reduce our environmental footprint.
Linen Policy: To conserve water and energy, towels are changed daily, but bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, etc.) will be changed every three nights as a standard practice.
Slipper Policy: To support our environmental efforts, we have phased out complimentary disposable slippers. We kindly ask that you either bring your own comfortable slippers, or utilize the reusable, hygienically managed slippers provided by the hotel.
Mineral Water Policy: We are actively working to reduce plastic waste, as nearly 100 plastic bottles are typically discarded by the hotel daily. To counter this, we filter water sourced directly from the nearby Hashupi Spring for all drinking purposes. The water provided in your guest room and served in our restaurant is this safely filtered Hashupi Spring water, and is perfectly safe for consumption. Should you prefer commercially bottled mineral water, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
